farmpilot: Flexible and Cost Efficient
farmpilot offers a high degree of flexibility at a very low cost - and with absolutely no risks. There is no binding long-term contract or minimum term. farmpilot is billed based on a monthly flat fee, which is set according to usage. If there is no usage, no costs are accrued.
You can select between three service levels: Basic, Basic Plus, or Professional.

Access to the farmpilot portal is billed with a monthly flat fee for each end device. The amount of the flat fee depends on the service level you have selected. The first time you register an end device in your account, usage of this end device will be free for the month in which registration takes place - regardless of the selected service level and the amount of usage.
Additionally, the Disposition function is always available, providing the following services:
- Disposition and overview of resources
- Task creation and processing
- Customer administration with a customer file
- Electronic time keeping
Usage of the Disposition function in the portal is free.
A usage fee is charged only for electronic time keeping. Time keeping entries are logged using mobile devices (Android 2.2 or higher). Electronic time keeping is billed monthly and by employee. This function can be selected as an add-on for any of the service levels
What is Not Included in the farmpilot Flat Fee?
To exchange mobile data between the machine terminals and the farmpilot portal, you need to set up a flat rate mobile contract with a telecommunications provider. The provider in question will charge the network fees separately.
The farmpilot usage fees also do not include the acquisition costs of the end devices.
